They had several different flavors. I picked tomato Basil. It’s ok on crackers but not sure about the best way to enjoy it.

Its better spread on crackers, too mild for melting, but it’s very smooth

I melted it into some sliced beef and it really enhanced the meat. Usually I thought Bleu had to be in salads….

This is very mild, but smooth and creamy, so I made these , Baguettes, Brie and Jam

Aged Irish Cheddar -Oscar Wilde It’s very strong, but breaks pretty easily when grating or slicing. It was very good with tomato and garlic

I was invited to a movie night and they asked us to bring a snack so I took this cheese tray

Since I’m starting to test and get interested in cheese, I got to go to a movie night and they said bring a snack so I thought I’ll bring along a cheese tray. I went to Goodwill to look for a board to put it on but I was not happy with any.
