New York sharp white cheddar. A little crumbly. Strong but not over powering. Nice addition grated into a salad, and you dont need to add a lot.

Not sure if I will keep trying to keep the country of the cheese.

The plan is to try different cheeses in small quantities and keep track of each cheese and my opinion of it knowing that my opinion will probably be different from everybody elses, but at least then I will be able to keep track of which cheese I like.
